Haiti

Well I've signed on a new mission team for a 10 day mission to Haiti. Never in a million years did I ever think I would return to this country, or even have the opportunity to return. I'm excited to see what's to come in the planning and preparation for this trip. We've had a great start. A local business called me yesterday and said they had a bunch of reading glasses they were going to throw out and one of the employees remembered me and my mission trips. Almost 300 pairs!!! What a blessing!

"Call to me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know" Jeremiah 33:3 Each and everyday I wake up with one goal. That goal is to successfully accomplish what God has for me that day. My relationship with my savior is the number one in my life. Without Him I dont know where I would be and I can never repay Him for the sacrifice He made. The best I can do is live out the life He has blessed me with. Which at times is a challenge and I stumble and fall but He is always there to pick me up when I do! I try every second to be an example and a shining light for the Lord through the actions I make and the words I say. I have been blessed with the best husband, family and friends a girl could ever ask for. They are my support system day in and day out. They are always there for me and they know I am always there for them. I LOVE YOU ALL!!

Team Reunion

Last month we had a team reunion over in Cannon Beach OR with all of our families. It was so awesome and it was great to reunite and just visit with the rest of the team, play at beach, meet each other's families.
